
Click the New button and enter the title and task for the job.

Click the Permits button to add any required permits for the job.

Click the Critical Risk Management to select all critical risks associated with the job.

Click the PPE button to select all PPE required for the job.

Click the Add Step button to add all steps required for the job.
Click on ADD HAZARDS and add all hazards for the step.
Click on ADD CONTROLS and add all control measures for the step.
You may optionally select the Likelihood and Consequence for the hazards and controls when editing.
Please note: The risk ratings displayed may change if you are using a custom risk matrix in the JSA OnTheGo app, however, the both likelihood and consequence will remain the same.
